Smoke & Thyme’s smokehouse brings to Boise the highest quality smoked meats, using wood-fired smokers hand-crafted in Texas. A combination of orchard wood and oak found locally in the Boise and western Idaho region brings well-balanced smoke flavor to all of our menu offerings. From that starting point, combined with the passion for cooking and skills of our crew, we have created an innovative menu, that is at the same time approachable and surprising.
